Ginger was a sweet boy who had been at Catmandu for exactly 3,000 days until his journey over the Rainbow Bridge on December 5, 2024. He originally came to us as a semi-feral kitten. Our on-site manager at the time, Blake, soon became his best buddy. Unfortunately, Blake passed away from cancer in 2018. This caused Ginger to regress quite a bit and was untouchable for several years. About 3 years ago he had a seizure which caused his retinas to become detached. This sadly, was not something that could be fixed. However, this didn't slowed Ginger down at all! He gained a trusted friend here at Catmandu, Midnite, who acted as his "guide cat" and helped him navigate the facility. With your help, we can continue giving his guide Midnite, and all of his other friends he had here at Catmandu the care and love they need to thrive!
